A woman is the symbol of purity, sincerity, and faithfulness and when the time comes she even rises to face the Himalayan height and strength to safeguard her chastity and prestige.

Sonal and Devraj of this story are childhood love-birds. But when they grow up to their marriageable age, Rajbai Sonal’s stepmother disfavouring Devraj maliciously demands from him a fabulous sum of money as dowry.

Knocking at all the doors, ultimately Devraj gets this money from a money-lender on one condition that he has not to lead the family life with his wife till he repays the amount.

True love thus supersedes Rajbai's move, but as luck would have it, Devraj receiving a letter of employment from the then Muslim Ruler leaves Sonal under the care of his old mother.

In the raj of Muslim Ruler, Devraj becomes so popular and famous that Panchanan, the right-hand man of the Prime Minister gets jealous and seeks every opportunity to ridicule him.

On one occasion, Panchanan deceitfully getting the knowledge of the secret spot on the body of Devraj's wife, in the open Darbar humiliates Devraj, uttering, undue words regarding her chastity and sincerity.

Devraj gets furious and challenges Panchen favoring the issue of his wife's chastity and faithfulness, at the cost of his own life.

What happens then? What is the secret spot and how Panchan gets it? Does Devraj lose his head in the challenge ? What does Sonal do? Does she rise to the Himalayan height and strength to safeguard her prestige?

What follows is a quick succession of incidents mounting each other, forming spellbound suspense summing up the story in a fashion that has to be seen on the Screen.
